With a background in Project Management and previous

roles in an advertising agency and the Education

Department at the Real Estate Board in Las Vegas,

Carissa possesses a strong foundation in organization,

planning, and problem-solving. These skills, coupled

with her approachable communication style, allow her to

navigate complex transactions seamlessly while ensuring

her clients feel confident and informed at every step.

Carissa’s passion lies in helping families find their perfect

homes or rentals, tailoring her services to each client’s

specific needs. She holds two esteemed designations

- Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Military

Relocation Professional (MRP) - demonstrating her

dedication to specialized knowledge and service. A

proud disabled veteran and an active Court Appointed

Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children, Carissa’s

commitment to her community and her clients is

unwavering.

When she’s not assisting clients, Carissa enjoys diamond

painting, cross-stitching, and spending time with her

foster daughter. Her goal-oriented mindset, coupled

with her enthusiasm for real estate, ensures that every
