Sara Lyn Nguyen - Realtor, wife, mother and volunteer. Sara, an agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Realtors in Sugar Land, currently lives in Sienna with her husband Huy and their 2 beautiful daughters, Emma and Ellie.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE She grew up in the small Texas town of Rockport-Fulton and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a double BBA in Finance and Management. She worked as Director of Investment Operations for an investment firm for several years before deciding on a career in real estate. In 2004, she made the switch and has been blazing ever since including being honored as a finalist by the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation in early 2005 for her great start in the industry. She prides herself on being attentive and trustworthy. She holds product knowledge integrity and being detail-oriented as the foundation of her success. She is relocation certified in both destination services and relocation inventory and is well aware of the intricacies that are present with families that are relocating and works diligently to ensure that all goes as smoothly as possible with all her clients' moves. 

VOLUNTEER WORK In her spare time, Sara volunteers countless hours with their family church, her daughter's schools, CASA (Child Advocates), and the local food pantry, in addition to several other organizations. She also volunteers with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center where she was presented with The President's Volunteer Service Award for her service.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS Nguyen holds the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, ePro, GREEN Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Multi-Cultural Real Estate Professional.

She has been one of Gary Greene's Multi-Million Dollar Top Producers every year. She was also named a 2012 Silver Award, 2013 & 2014 Gold, 2015 Platinum, 2016-2021 Emerald Elite, 2022 & 2023 Founders Club, and 2024 Emerald Elite Award Winner from Better Homes and Gardens national.

She was #1 Individual Top Producer for Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene for 2019, #2 in 2020, #2 in 2022, #5 in 2023 & 2024 across the entire Houston market.

Other acclaims include being named one of Fort Bend/Katy Business Journals 40 under 40 in 2010, as well as being named as a Texas Monthly Five Star Realtor 12 years.
