About Bailey

Bailey was born into a competitive spirit, coming from a family of college and professional athletes. In her own athletic journey, she won several awards and became captain of the women’s volleyball team at Houston Baptist University. She integrates her history of hard work with a personal passion for calm and serenity to give her clients a competitive edge in a low-pressure environment whether buying or selling a home. After completing her bachelor’s in marketing, she pursued an MBA to gain a comprehensive business experience including honing her negotiation skills. Before becoming a Realtor, Bailey used her business acumen as a Recruiter for an energy and infrastructure recruitment firm. Following in the footsteps of her entrepreneurial mother, Bailey then began building her real estate venture while continuing to live and work by her motto, “If you don’t want to start over, stop quitting.” Throughout her achievements, she has been a lifelong Houston resident and understands first-hand the rapidly developing housing landscape. She uses her background in digital marketing, business development, competitive drive, and, of course, her native love for the city to offer each client exposure to the best available options. In every negotiation, she continues to work with the same athletic drive and precision to help them achieve their goals. When not showing or closing a home, you will still find her working out, testing a new recipe on the counter-top, or playing with her dog.
